Present
A somatic guide, I work deeply to deconstruct and reconstruct physical and emotional patterns to help you move with more freedom.

Born and raised in Montréal, I have been teaching yoga since 2007, and somatic movement since 1995.
Distant Past
A big part of my life was devoted to dance and somatics.
Before I found choreography, I battled in silence from age thirteen into my late twenties with a serious eating disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder leading to depression.
The somatic movement practices that I learned while in university in the Contemporary Dance program helped me regulate my nervous system and find my voice again.
Then between 2000 and 2011 I sustained a series injuries during yoga teacher trainings caused by faulty hands-on assists by teachers and fellow trainees. Torn hamstrings, SI joint dysfunction, chronic sciatica, and a concussion when a student fell on my head.
I was forced to leave my dance career, quit teaching fitness and yoga, and rebuild my life. The valuable lesson learned— I am the authority of my own body.
These physical and emotional healing experiences are integrated into my Yoga Somatics teacher trainings and programs.
Past
I never considered being a yoga teacher but, the teacher found me.
Two decades of yoga study with trailblazing leaders have made me the somatic mentor, and trailblazer— that I am today.
